and at about the 10:00 mark, he begins talking about leaders, and how he's waiting for some to emerge. He's not sure who the leaders of the defense will be this season. My immediate thought was "What the hell are you talking about, Kovacs is the clear leader of this defense - hell, he has been for the last 2-3 years!"
Then, of course, Kovacs is immediately brought up by a reporter right then.

You know Matty thinks Kovacs is the tits...but he's got to find ways to motivate his senior leader. I love his coaching style.
