Looks like it'll be a nice sunny sunday here in EL today.
Probably should grill something. Steaks or Chicken? Steaks would normally get the nod but we did them a couple of times this week. But we did chicken a couple times too. And we did baby back ribs one night. And Ham and onions and Perogies one night.
Anyone have any kind of suggestion? We're going to the store in a while.
Maybe some seafood or something? I hate to fire up charcoal for 5 minutes of cooking shrimp. Maybe some salmon, halibut or swordfish on the grill? Use a little apple wood to make it nice and smoky? Sound good?
A little help here! lol
Now I'm hungry and it's only 9:54.
