This is the new $60 million stadium built for the Allen Eagles, down in Texas.

Seats 18,000 people.

I just found this to be pretty funny.

Also thought it was funny that my HS built a new stadium back in 2002 for a whopping $2 million...seems like a joke compared to this HS's new home.

Oh, I completely understand the phenomenon that is Texas HS Football.

(Side note, I just looked up when to use phenomena vs. phenomenon. No shame in admitting it, either. Safe to say, you learn something new everyday, when you want to.)

My aunt and uncle live down in Midland, TX, the city the movie Friday Night Lights was based on.
