Saturday's game would be getting so much more hype if it was on ESPN

ESPN.com would be littered with preview articles, features, etc.

Instead, we get the homer-ass NBC crew and essentially zero buildup at this point in the week.

yea ! its like thats their Home team station, no objectivity comming this week.

I'm ok with it. UM will go in there and win, and ESPN Gameday final will pretty much ignore the win the next day and talk about the SEC. It's ok, just keep winning.

I don't mind not having buildup. And that horrible NBC crew, I agree they are terrible. That's why dad and I put the TV on mute and then turn the radio to Frank Beckman and Jim Brandstatter.

The only time I turned the radio off for an NBC game was in 2006 when we went up 27-7. At that point, I was perfectly happy to hear the homer NBC crew. Heh.

I was at that game. #14 UM went into South Bend and murdered #2 ND. Woodley and Manningham were great that game. Quinn looked lost for most of the game. Samardzija was about the only guy ND had that UM had trouble with. What a great game!

I was at a friend of a friend's house out in LA who was also a Michigan Alumni. We got pretty loud, just the two of us during the first half. By half-time we were going back and forth because Michigan had already won that game.

Come on I am sure there will be some pre-game hype! After all there is that great new NBC Sports channel. Surely they can find some time to preview the game between hunting shows and surfing.

But I was right in the middle of that.

That was one of the best times.

I also enjoyed walking back to our car after Remy Hamilton beat the Iwish on a last second FG. Campus was absolutely SILENT!

Awesome. I'd love to take in a game at ND some day.

Yes it is. I laugh every time I look at the channel guide. I swear NBC took the ESPN "the Ocho" idea seriously from Dodge Ball.
