How soon until the rumors of Saban to NFL start? I know he had a failed stint in the NFL already but he is in another league right now. I can't imagine he would not want to redeem himself. Now with Harbaugh having some success and proving college coaches can make the leap I think that is added incentive.
Sneaky Pete and Schiano are also holding their own IMO. Don't sleep on Tampa their playing pretty well right now.

I don't know if they'll ever gain a whole lot of momentum.
As you pointed out, he had his miniature NFL run and it was a rude awakening.
He's home, IMHO, and it won't be changing any time soon (if ever again).
I have been pleasantly surprised with Schiano down in Tampa. Didn't think the guy would be able to pull it off.
