I wouldn't. Being an underdog means you have to play a much harder road to get to the promise land.
If Michigan wins out, they will play their first 2 games @ The Palace of Auburn Hills and their next 2 games in Indiana. You know how awesome that is?
It is true that fans at March Madness events cheer heavily for the underdog, but in the terms of national perspective, Michigan is an "underdog". Not that we aren't good, but that fans are more likely to cheer for a #1 seed Michigan over a a lower seed Kentucky/Duke/Louisville/Kansas/Arizona/UCLA.
Also, the nation loves Trey Burke and company. "Swagger" is in. This team is fun to watch. We are going to get a lot of backing from neutral fans throughout our tourney run.
