| And Northwestern is a 1-1/2 point favorite at this point. _________________ "What the HELL's going on out here?"

| Thanks, guys. 1 1/2 points doesn't sound like a solid favorite (LOL). Michigan might have a chance to win 2 out of the last three games and become (some toilet) bowl eligible. If so, they will have a few extra practices to get ready for the next coach. _________________ too

+1 I just hope a bowl is not cause to keep Hoke. I still say no way he stays but at this point you never know. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh

| Unless a real stud is available and willing to come to Michigan (i.e. Harbaugh, etc.) Hoke will be back next year regardless of record. _________________ 'eggo denoted me a First ballot Hall of Famer! - sandyeggo_blue wrote:

| OMG! I certainly did not want to even remotely imply that Hoke will be back. Extra practices would be under the present system, but with so many underclassmen involved, they would also gain post season bowl experience. _________________ too

Gawd, I hope the hell this isn't the case. If Hoke is around next year..........I give up. I swear I won't watch them next year if he's still around. It's bad enough watching this BS this year, I'm sure not going to watch more of the same next year. I'd rather have my teeth all pulled!!

We could throw darts at a dartboard listing about 150 other coaches and we would be likely to upgrade the position.

| <Insert quote from former SB Brandon about finding a new team to root for.>
I'm not saying that it is a given, just that it wouldn't shock me. However, over the weekend during Homecoming festivities I spoke with a number of people (i.e. Professor's, Dean's, etc.) who think that Hoke is gone. I'm still saying that there is a fairly solid chance that he'll be back. However the worse things get in San Francisco the better it is for Michigan getting Harbaugh early. Jimmah is 4-4 now, people aren't very happy. The question remains will Jimmah come back to Michigan but with each loss the likelyhood rises. Granted he's leaving San Fran. regardless but if he does decent he'll stay in the NFL... _________________ 'eggo denoted me a First ballot Hall of Famer! - sandyeggo_blue wrote:

| Bit of side info about the NW game. RS frosh Godwin Igwebuike (16) (Ig way bweak way) played high school ball with Jake Butt. He played both ways and had the choice when he signed with NW. He chose Safety because he said he wanted to hit rather than be hit. He had 3 int's in his first start against Wisconsin earlier this year. Like Jake, a great kid and a stellar student. Will be interesting for me to see if he has to cover Jake. Go Blue!! _________________ Who's got it better than us? Nooooooooobody!!!
