| So we played against 2 of them 2 years in a row at home.
We also played Tim Brown, George Rogers and of course Archie Griffin.
We also played Hopalong Cassidy, Bruce Smith (Minnesota 1941) and Nile Kinnick (Iowa 1939. Iowa's Stadium is Kinnick Stadium.).
This does not mention Heisman winners faced on the road or at neutral sites. Or ones we played in years they didn't win. (Thinking mostly of the OSU guys) | |
