I'm not sure who he's talking about. We've offered over a handful of kids from the top 15 (I had a post about this earlier in the week).

Could be Cravens, Isaac, Treadwell, Fuller, Hargreaves, Bosa and Levenberry.
Maybe a couple more, but those are the legit 'targets'.
