I agree Joe. He seems to totally focused, committed and enthusiastic- a great combination. I like that he's not making any predictions about results other than improvement.

it's the PC, blanket answer and not only is the right answer, it's the truth.

UM could just as easily go 6-6 as it could go 9-3 next year.

But given how outspoken harbaugh is about everything else in life it really has me wondering just how good we really are. I wish he would come out just once before the season and give us a number, like 8-4 or something like that. Not just, "we want to be better at the end of the day."
