I can't take this one.

I'd be interested to see how Michigan has fared against the spread over the last 10 years, especially at home. Even though Hoke won a lot of his home games, I'm guessing they didn't cover a whole heckuva lot.

The more interesting line of this week is Notre Dame vs Georgia Tech.

Notre Dame opened the week -2, and that has already swung all the way to GT -2. Four points in a matter of a couple of days.

It's not like Vegas didn't already know about Zaire's injury. This is the betting public laying massive amounts of money on the Yellow Jackets and Vegas trying to balance it out.

I like georgia tech in the game and not just to cover the spread but to come away with the W.

a lot of 2-0 teams gonna get beat this week and ND is just one of them.

I agree. I liked Tech even before the Zaire injury.

Notre Dame has struggled mightily against the option for years. Tech has it perfected.

34 points is huge. UCLA beat UNLV 37-3, 34 points. But they are a top 10 team. Would like to see UM do the same, but who knows.

Last week I said Michigan would cover but take the under.

My prediction was 31-13 (spread was 14.5 and the O/U was 45). I was correct in both, and almost nailed the total score.

Unfortunately I don't bet, ever, especially on my own team.

The O/U this week is 49.5.

If I had to take a stab at it, I say UNLV covers in the over. Final score: 42-9

I think you are correct on the over, but Michigan will not cover the spread this week, unlike last week.

That was what I said. UNLV will cover (not Michigan). I worded it weirdly I guess.

That said, with the rain in the forecast, I'm pulling back on the O/U and taking the under now. 34-9.

I see now that you did. I already bet on the over, so I have a feeling I will lose if the weather sucks.
