| For the first time I feel the spread is to small. I think it will be close to 14 by kickoff.

| I'm pretty sure JIM took notes on the comment that I made back in December when he was hired, when I said that the team needs to get better. And then he made a checklist of things that needed fixing and has been working to check them off since then.
So yes, I will take credit for that.
