Not the most far fetched thing I suppose. I kind of would hate to lose him but I suppose at his age it is going to happen sooner than later.

As far as Partridge goes is there a limit to what he can be paid? If not, why not pay him as an assistant?

How about a position switch? Partridge coaches, Mattison handles player personnel and recruiting.
