Jeff Siedel merely echoed the prevailing catch-phrase of the media

His column contained a line something to the effect of: "In the end, Michigan won a game it was supposed to win, against a TEAM REELING WITH INJURIES."

How many times in the last 24 hours have we heard that last phrase (or some variation thereof)??

But not once (that I heard) was the truism uttered, "Injuries are PART OF THE GAME."

What about Rashan?  Tarik?  Arguably our best players on defense and in the WR corps (though in both cases it's questionable either STILL holds that distinction, the way replacements Josh Uche and Nico Collins have come on...AND how the healthy regulars have continued their stellar play).
