RichRod targeting Devin Miller

We know RichRod needs a special QB to make his offense work. Looks like he's pushing hard for Devin Miller. His problem will always be building a defense to support his no huddle offense. Oregon makes it work but Arizona is nowhere near the stature of Oregon.
