"HOO HOO HOO"??? Or "HO, HO HO!" ??? Seriously, Addy, they are no joke. With everybody back, and Crean obviously a master pilot at the helm, based on what he's done with what he started out with, I can't say IU's a bad pick at all for the pre-season top spot. (Note the emphasis, though).

(Note the emphasis, though). Haha. It's HOO HOO HOO! And you're right. What Crean has been able to do in just four years is pretty remarkable. I was there for the first two seasons, following extremely closely as I was still covering the football and basketball programs at that time. He completely WIPED OUT the entire roster his first year, keeping just ONE player. Everyone else either transferred on their own or were kicked off the team (mainly because drug tested them all and they all failed for pot...we never reported it, but that's what it was according to my sources at the time.) Now, this season, like you said, from top to bottom, that roster is absolutely STACKED. Hoosier Nation is expecting a big season, with anything less than a Final Four as an absolute dissapointment. We've given Crean plenty of a grace period. It's go time. _________________ "I don't get sick. I don't observe major holidays. I'm a jackhammer." - Jim Harbaugh & Dwight Schrute

| Wow, interesting info on the IU players Admin. I did get the impression that there may have been some problem children on that team under Sampson, but never knew anything specific.
As for Michigan, I think that #5 is probably a best-case scenario if everything goes perfectly. 15-20 sounds more reasonable to me.
