OT: Nebraska vs Iowa

I don't care what anyone says about Iowa playing their heart out..... BS! Iowa laid down.

Nebraska gave them every chance in the world to win that game.

On the other hand Nebraska just keeps catching the breaks. It makes me sick.

Well, Sandy, it can't be that easy to get up for a game when you have virtually nothing to play for. Win or lose, they were assured a bowl-less losing season. And Iowa certainly has no love-fest with us as to play their arses off to help us out.

To say nothing of the fact they are a bad team...and Nebraska's at least a decent one, though far from a great one.

So, we must now concentrate on the thing we can control: tomorrow's game.

Closer than I thought it would be. Oh well, win tomorrow and its still a pretty good year.

I agree.... I was just venting (sigh)

Now on to the Mich game tonight. I think Pitt is a better team than most people think so I'm not overly worried based on our lackluster performance the other night. As long as we rebound better tonight and not let K State shoot the lights out from beyond the 3 we'll be fine. It'll be a nice win for us leading into tomorrow.

BTW, did anyone else hear the M fans chanting "beat ohio" at the end of the Pitt game the other night.

Hockey is by far the best sport there is (and I say that on a football board) but at least we agree on college football. Go Blue!
