I think coach is more hurt by the fact that he'll never know the impact he could have had on a kids life (see Yuri Wright) and not by the fact that he didn't pad his class with one more highly touted recruit.

Coach knows he's got a hell of class. He could always ask for more but he's got to be more than pleased with the kids he put together in this class.

I think you'll find most coaches feel the same but they take it personal that they'll never know.
