Yes...or at least they did at my former employer's Xmas office party. One lady invariably brought her own recipe tapioca in a big bowl,
and "spiced" it with 80-proof ginger brandy beforehand.

So that qualifies, eh?

Funny you say that.  My wife and I went to a fish fry a couple months ago at a local veterans organization and they were selling "pudding shots" for a dollar.  So my wife bought one and thought it tasted pretty good.  Well, her and a couple other ladies decided they were really good and had quite a few.  So anyway, long story short, whenever we go up there she is known as "Puddin".

I would have expected you to relate the story of how one lady in your unit always made "Happy" coffee every Friday...[you said it was] the worst-kept secret in the unit!!
