Michigan also reserves the right to terminate Nussmeier's contract "in the event that Coach (Brady) Hoke is no longer employed as the Head Men's Football Coach. In the event that Coach Hoke is no longer employed as the Head Men's Football Coach for whatever reason the University shall be entitled to terminate (Nussmeier's) employment."
Nussmeier has the right to terminate this contract on his own prior to the end of the agreed deal by giving the university 30 days "advance written notice." If he gives said notice, Nussmeier will not be responsible for paying back any part of his deal to Michigan.

This came from an M-Live article.
Aren't both of those clauses odd? Michigan can up and can him immediately without pay if they fire Hoke or hoke leaves. And on the other side Nussmeier can give 30 days notice and is gone. No questions asked and no buyout required.
Seriously?
