Sandy, didn't everyone say the same about Texas (and our chances against them)? 6-9,285 is bigger than anything Tenn. has. And Texas had two big men as does Tenn. And coach B and our men sure as hell managed to out-think the big man we couldn't outmuscle or out-reach (by running him into the floor). And Tenn. doesn't have the outside shooting we have (who has?) and if they have to answer a lot of threes early-on, as Texas did, they could be in for a very long night.
Going forward, though, I expect a closer, more tense game this time. I'm going with U-M by 6...with a couple of ties (or even 1- or 2-pt. U-M deficits) as late as the halfway mark of the second half. Our outside and free-throw shooting, and coach B's savvy direction, will be the difference.
