they led oregon wire to wire but it was close the entire time.
UM has a real problem on the boards. however, the biggest play of the game was a ricky doyle rebound and put back in the final seconds.
Sloppy in the first half. way too many turnovers. probably acceptable for most teams but we've been spoiled the last few years so it was concerning. They cleaned it up though in the second half.
Irvin was hot at first but really didn't hear much from him in the second half. he did have a clutch 3 with about a minute left. I think he still had 17pts.
this is going to be a bullet on the resume during tourney selection. Oregon is a pretty good team.

Very solid win. Neutral court win vs a probable NCAA Tournament team.
Tomorrow is going to be a very tough test.

We always have a disadvantage on the boards. That is the way Beilein constructs his teams, he trades off rebounding for other attributes. That said, Doyle's OR and put back last night was huge.

This might be the game where we are brought back down to earth. We all know there will be let downs with so much youth on this team.
The nice thing is with Beilein they will be prepared and they will play smart and disciplined. Total opposite of football.

Belien had to call Time out to chew the guys ass because the were screwing around to much, Irvin and LaVert look pretty good, Walton got in foul trouble.I wish tha we had 5 Spikes on the floor or that they all had his attitude, what a gamer, comes in settle things down and . Spike is so gritty.

I actually got a good laugh out of watching JB chew them out. My wife asked what I was watching and I said the BBall game and she looked perplexed.

yea he got pretty animated during the time out. I don't imagine he gets upset like that to often, so when he does he gets their attention.
