John saying nice things about his brother and Michigan has reached out to the 49ers organization about hiring Harbaugh. "I think the University of Michigan, in reaching out, did handle it correctly," Baalke said. "As I look at it, guys, it's very simple: He's the head football coach of the San Francisco 49ers."

I read that as Baalke knows what is going on, he knows that Harbaugh is gone after Sunday, most likely (probably definitely) to Michigan. He's just saying that, as of right now, Harbaugh is the coach of the 49'ers. I'm not completely positive but wouldn't saying anything more be considered tampering?
