| Ok recruiting junkies. I would love to hear your updated thoughts on "The Harbaugh Effect." I know we had a top TE decommit. I would assume he may take a good hard look again at Michigan. Do you guys this JH will honor current commits? I know it's hard since it's not like JH was in college and may have players he can bring with him. Just interested to see recruiting evolve with JH in place. | |

| I think he will honor current commits. He pretty much has to, to try to fill the class. Will the class be filled? Not sure. I do thin Clark will recommit if JH let's him. | |

| I think he will fill the class or come pretty close to it. He has a ton of credibility. | |

| IMO Chris Clark and Tyrone Wheatley JR are in.
Weber, Taylor, Roseboro, Kirkland are going to stay gone. Although I admit I'd love to see Weber get back in.
I know there is buzz about Iman Marshall but I haven't read anything lately that would really cause me to get my hopes up.
Osa Massina might be back on the table and the same with Marcus Lewis.
I think Harbaugh and staff are going to go hard after Soso Jambo or Damien Harris also.
There just isn't going to be enough time to put a good class together. Look for 2016 to be a really good class.

| Sandy do you see him going in another direction? Anything left in the undecided category you could see him going after? | |

| reading Weber's tweets and whatnot give me the sense that he is really happy with O$U because of Alabi and Webb being his boys from CT and all. So Jambo and Harris were really my guesses (and hopes) of Jim going the other way on guys that could be outside shots.
Jim will meet with Matty and they will go over the recruiting from this year and the last few years and IMO there will probably be a discussion of our lack of depth at DE because of our big misses the last two years. I wouldn't be surprised to see Jim contact KLS and Roseboro also.
None of this is from sources, rather just my opinion given that I follow recruiting so much and it's what I would do. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh

I hope this is untrue as we are in the dead-period currently. To start your Michigan coaching career off with a violation is not ideal. _________________ 'eggo denoted me a First ballot Hall of Famer! - sandyeggo_blue wrote:

| One thing I'd like to point out is that Brady left a pretty decent foundation for recruits from this class for Jim to pick up and move forward on.
Keeping guys like Manning and Matty would be a big plus to allow Jim to hit the ground running while being brought up to speed in no time with the status of the targets.
The problem is that most of those targets have not been in contact with UM for the past month and I fear that there may be too much ground to make up.
it's going to be interesting to say the least. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh

Good point, it is not official yet. Maybe that's why they have the official announcement scheduled for tomorrow. That way Harbaugh can contact Weber, Harris, Clark, et al. That seems too easy but ya never know... _________________ 'eggo denoted me a First ballot Hall of Famer! - sandyeggo_blue wrote:

| Also, apparently the Harbaugh news was a hot topic amongst players at the Under Armor AA players today. A handful of top recruits were reportedly re-tweeting the Harbaugh to Michigan news. _________________ | |
