Anyone notice the khakis? The kid has style!

I thought this video was terribly awkward…am I the only one?

Awesome get for us. Do you think Harbaugh knew he was being recorded? It seemed like he said some things that could discourage others like we finally have a pass rusher. Seems like current and committed recruits might take offense to this. It also sounded like (it was hard to hear Jim at times) he said he was one the one recruit he was really worried about/wanted. While this is great for Kemp it sounds bad for others we are recruiting.

The bottom line is as long as Jim knew he was being recorded I don't care what he said.

Seems Coach did a fat thing. Make the commit feel special. It's Carlo's day and coach let him feel like he's the most important guy coming. Great job. If JH can get everyone to feel like they are important to the program, he's doing exactly what he needs to do.

I actually took it as harbaugh telling him he was as high as any BUCK. which by the way is 100% true. for instance 9 years out of ten you take khalid kareem but they decided to pass on him, that's how high kemp was for them. when mattison flew to colorado just to verify his measurements and he checked out he went to the top of their board.

the only one that can clarify that statement would be harbaugh but that's how I took it but I see nothing wrong with the statement.


I also thought the interview was awkward but only in the way where I was waiting for something to happen. I was waiting for that Jim Harbaugh type moment.

Agree 100% on making commits feel special.

It's kind of funny but his "announcement" seemed so out of the ordinary in this day of large public commitments. Hats the table, etc. Looked to be a small gathering some media present and family and freinds. Seems like he stood out vs. other announcements without trying to stand out. Good for him.
