| I had this question asked to me today....
What would you say if Harbaugh hired Kiffin to be OC.
The guy I was talking to thinks that Michigan has a problem on the offense (in that it's not developing fast enough) and will probably take a good look at a new OC.
Nothing new here, I think most fans suspect that might happen.
Fisch is a name that most people have in mind because A) he'll probably be out of a job soon and B) he's only recently removed from his Michigan days and C) he's generally liked by the fan base.
So would you support a Kiffin hire? He's a really good offensive mind and he is familiar with the style that Michigan wants to play.

| I would give it a ling look , kif is supposed to be an offensive genius only thing is can that offense work in the conditions that football is played in Michigan. Seen a lot pf garbage days played this year. _________________ "HAIL HAIL MICHIGAN" Wanted John Harbaugh but I'll settle for JIM WITH AN ENTHUSIASM UNKNOWN TO MANKIND GOOO BLUE The Curse of Rich Rod

| Why would he? Sure Michigan is a bigger school than FAU but he is the Head Coach at FAU. At Michigan he'd only be an OC. Money wise it'd be a lateral move.

| We know this won't happen, because Kiffin is a HC, but if he was available, heck yes | |

| I can't stand Kiffin.
Anyone who can't work for Al Davis has something wrong with him.
Maybe he's grown up but my memories of him are as a spoiled rotten little kid screaming until he gets what he wants.
No Thanks for me. _________________ "What the HELL's going on out here?"

Well, he was out of work when he was hired as a consultant at USC and then promoted to OC. He is the HC at FAU and will be looking for bigger opportunities. | |

| What makes Kiffin an offensive genius? He had superior talent to work with at both USC and Alabama and the offenses didn't seem much better when he was in charge than either before or after. He was a failure at Tenn and in the NFL and I guess he has had a decent year at FAU this year. | |

Well, he's doing well and loves it there. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/2017/11/13/who-would-have-thought-kiffin-savoring-faus-success/107657510/ _________________ 'eggo denoted me a First ballot Hall of Famer! - sandyeggo_blue wrote:

He'll never come here. He won't even be asked. Of course I could be wrong but I highly doubt it. I'll talk to my guys on State St. on Thursday and see if they've heard anything about Kiffin to Michigan. However it is my understanding that he has matured a lot over his high-profile f-ups but personally I don't see him leaving a HC gig at a lesser school where he is succeeding for an OC job at Michigan where he'll make the same money. That's not to say he won't leave FAU, but it has to be for a HC job. My .02 cents. _________________ 'eggo denoted me a First ballot Hall of Famer! - sandyeggo_blue wrote:
