IMHO I still don't think that he'll receive the waiver even though almost everything I see says that he'll be granted it. Obviously I hope that I'm wrong but...
This is evidently the issue that I'm pessimistic like 'fish on. What's your view 'fish?

I 100% expect the NCAA to rule against Patterson because they always make the wrong decision. Maybe he can pay $40.00 to charity and then be eligible.

I am like 5 for 5 at being wrong with important UM stuff (Peppers and Taylor Lewan for example) so I say they will rule FOR Patterson!!!! Where do I send the $40.00?
