#1 Seeds

It's tourney time!!!! Michigan won the B1G conference (yes a share) for the fist time in over 20 years. Let's get some discussion going in this forum!!!!

If UM, OSU or MSU does not win B1G tourney do you think there will be a B1G team that gets a #1 seed? If so who?

Do you think if UM/OSU/MSU wins the B1G tourney they will get a #1 seed?

I think the B1G is by far the best conference this year in BB. It is hard to think they will not get a #1 seed. That said it may be difficult to pick one of them as a #1 seed if all three get bounced early in the B1G tourney. MSU might still have a good shot as they have the highest ranking and API.

No, if MSU doesn't win the BTT, I personally don't think B1G gets a #1.

Who would they give it to? Not UM.

If OSU wins the tourney, MAYBE they get it...but I HIGHLY doubt it.

I don't really disagree with the B1G being the best conference top to bottom, though.

Three teams seeded 2 or 3 would be pretty impressive.

Where do you guys see IU getting seeded?

4? 5? I wouldn't be surprised if they picked up a 3 either with the top teams they've beat.

Can UM snag a #1 with a B1G win?

Assuming IU does not win the B1G tourney I would put them at a 5 or 6. They have had some big wins but they have struggled mightily at times on the road.

UM will not get a #1 seed, best they can do is a 2. MSU/OSU wins the tourney they get a #1.

IU will be a 5 or a 6.
