HELP!!!!

I cleared the history on my iPad and now it won’t take me to the members part of this site.
I can only use my iPhone. I am technically pretty much illiterate.
Anyone know what I can do?

Also, didn't you add a 2nd ID a while ago?

I do that, as always, and go to a page with that url that allows me to read threads but not respond. Home, FAQ, etc pages not posted anywhere. This happened while we were Traveling back from way out west. The only thing. I can think of is that I did clear history on the iPad, which I’ve had since 2012. Anyway, the next time I logged on, it happened. My username is still dwoody.

Do you have the same browser on both devices? If not, you could install the browser that's on your phone onto the iPad and log onto this site that way.

I assumed I did (comcast/xfinity). This forum is the only site that looks different on my ipad. I am now on Ms. dwoody's computer. All is well here and on my phone.

I'm not a computer guy so I'm not positive but yes this site is frequently displayed different on my phone than my computer. IMHO (which is unqualified) it is something written into the program that displays it differently on "non-full computing devices" (i.e. phones, Ipads, etc.). The weird thing is that it doesn't always display abnormally. Like I said "I don't know."

Comcast/xfinity are your providers, dwoody, not the internet browser. Browser is what you surf the web with like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chromium, etc., etc., for example. There are literally dozens out there. When you cleared your history it was with whatever browser you're using on your iPad. Sounds like your phone has a different browser. I was just suggesting to use the same browser as was on your phone see-ins how you have no trouble with how it displays on that device. Hope this helps.

Yippee!!! Fixed my problem after only six weeks. Site appearance back to normal!
