UW, PSU, Illinois and Ohio essentially breaking in brand new staffs. Nebraska, Iowa and Purdue with new DC's.

That's A LOT of new faces in the B1G. Hopefully our "seasoned" coaching staff (haha, 1 season in AA) have ways to take advantage of this.
