talk is that they are gonna retire Green number # 23 @ MSU all you gotta do is make the NCAA all american team and even make the sweet 16 not much of a challenge there. pretty soon the numers will be like At guard #88 juageen charlea

I think the requirement also consists of not having a felony on your record during your time at sparty. It's a pretty safe bet that they won't run out of numbers...
