They obviously played this for him while on campus, which I would have to think is perfectly legal...
But not when it's online.
One thing that will help O$U here is that he did in fact already commit.

| Nothing to see here. It was a private video to be played for him on campus that was obvioulsy hacked and sent to youtube. I don't think it will be a violation. Maybe minor if they find out who uploaded it, but not a big deal.
I'm sure every school is now double checking to ensure none of their stuff is ever uploaded.
BTW, Archie seems like a good guy, but Smith seems like a dirty scumbag. | |
