I'm sure almost every single one of you on this board have seen some of his content on the web. Because let's face it, you spend time on a Michigan Football Forum, so you definitely spend a portion of your day looking up old Michigan football videos.

Well, a member of the forum here, WolverineHistorian, has some BADASS material on youtube. All of those games from the back in the day that are shrunk down into 10 minute videos? He does those. All those [good] tribute videos of particular players - A LOT of players - are done by him.

Anyway, enough yapping.

Check it our for yourselves:

BADASS material. LOL. My vids are just original broadcasted material broken into highlights without the rap music. Hardly badass but I appreciate the mention here.

Wh, if you don't mind me asking, how do you go about doing that??

Do you just download the torrent files, then drop them in an editing program and get to work??

There's no downloading. I have roughly 180 VHS tapes and another 100 or so DVD's of games. I have a VCR/DVD player attached to my computer and through the program Windows Movie Maker (which is available on any computer) I copy the plays I want to include in a video which are mostly scoring drives. Once I have the footage on my computer, I get to work editing, saving and uploading.

I've come to find out that the videos that are most popular with folks are the player tributes. But they are also the most time consuming to make because I have to fastforward and rewind a couple dozen different tapes and DVD's to find the right plays. Once they are done, though, people love them. For instance, Desmond Howard saw my tribute to him and wanted 2 copies of it burned on to DVD. One for him to keep and one to send to his dad who doesn't own a computer.
