Hey, admin, is there a way to clean out your cookies/empty your cache on a smartfone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy 2.

My work shuts the site down if I don't log off. Then I have to clear my cookies and I can get back in. At least that's how I do it at home.

Now I was on the site on my phone the other day and now it won't let me sign back in. If it was my laptop I'd clear my cache. Can you do that on a phone?
