Michigan helmet got the Outback

so it's seems to be flat blue and metallic maize.

I have said many times that I am not one for all of these flashy helmet and uniform changes. I think UM has the best uniform/helmet combo in all of football (college and pro) but I like it. Then again I also liked the gray face masks last year.

I'm getting so sick of this shit.

Let us not forget....we are the designated HOME team for the Outback Bowl.

But screw it, let's wear white.

The unis are ugly and the helmets suck. This is Michigan, fer God's sake!

Someone please smack me for saying this but, other than the decal those helmets look a lot like sparty, Boise St., et al .when they wear their Pro-combat uniforms. If those helmets are safer I'm all for them, but yes they do leave a lot to be desired as far as eye-appeal goes. Of course I highly dislike the jersey's but at least they're leaving the home blues alone. Hey, if I believe it was Admin who said that Michigan is the home team in the Outback bowl, is correct maybe Michigan/Brandon wants to wear one-time jersey's for this game and not mess with the home jersey's? Thus showing respect to tradition and screwing around with the road uni's.

I, for one, dont like it. Go back to the basic jerseys of the 90's, and leave it that way.

I agree with Fish. I hated the UTL jerseys and still do but I see people wearing them all the time. That means $$$$ to the university and Adidas. If they kept the same jersey, no one would need to buy a new one. The jersey thing is not going to stop. Get used to it.

P.S.-The players and recruits think it's cool too.

This is undeniably the biggest "plus" re the uniform changes. We cannot allow ourselves to be seen (negative recruited) as a stuck-in-the-past program.
