Looks like Notre dames doing well in recruiting

Notre dame 1 year surge is paying dividends in recruiting, No reconizes that they should have lost 3 games and play a fairly weak schedule . They could be very good in the future with some of the recruits they are getting plus they will be playing in a wealer conference in the future. I also heard that O$U could pass us in recruiting after the US Army recruits go.

Something tells me Green is Blue! Not sure if we will get a commit today, but I think it will be soon. It would be great since we need another A-Train back there. Nice compliment for Morris. Still need some good WR's. Kind of getting worried there. Of course a great QB can make an average WR look like a superstar.

This guy is not A-Train. He is a lot more like Tyrone Wheatley.

The guy I really like to compare him to is Marshawn Lynch.

But not Anthony Thomas.

He'll get bigger and stronger. Of course i use A-Train because he was my favorite UM TB. Lot's of wishful thinking on my part. I think Wheatley might be an ok comparison.

Lynch is a perfect comparison or a Marion Barber. I dont know if he has the break away speed of Wheatley, but he has great speed for his size. We need a big all-purpose back like this finally.

I disagree with the comparison with Wheatley, that guy had world class speed and would have made the olympic team if not for football. I however, would take a Lynch like running back any day.

Not that I would expect Green to beat Wheatley on a track, but for what it's worth..

I couldn't find a shuttle time for Wheatley, but Rivals has Denard Robinson's shuttle at 4.38.

I'd say you may be underestimating the speed Green has.

And the fact remains that they are (were) speed backs in power back bodies. I think it is as good of a Michigan player comparison as you can get.

Rooting for Alabama as well... Never thought I would say that when I work with a bunch of rabid Tide fans.
