| Just saw that:

Actually, to try and put a positive spin on this, it "could" galvanize the team and if/when they get everyone back Michigan will be unstoppable. _________________ 'eggo denoted me a First ballot Hall of Famer! - sandyeggo_blue wrote:

| And, if it's only arthroscopic surgery, as the article in Fish's link says, it can't be that serious; not like an ACL, torn meniscus, etc. requiring open surgery.
Two weeks likely means 3-4, but Courtney will be back by midseason at the latest.

| I recall guys coming back within a week of having a knee scoped. I think it all depends on how fast the swelling is reduced.
could be 3-4, let's hope for 1-2.

| Legitimate question....are we missing much when Avery isn't in the lineup?
Perhaps the question itself is the answer.
The one thing we do lose, that is undeniable, is his experience. Outside of that, I'm not sure if there is much of a dropoff. _________________ "I don't get sick. I don't observe major holidays. I'm a jackhammer." - Jim Harbaugh & Dwight Schrute

+1 but I'm excited to see what Gordon and Wilson can do also and this will give them two games to show me. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh

| the premium on experience is undervalued by fans sometimes imo. ie: an athletic freak is worthless if he's always lost. | |
