| Devin Gardner getting some love...
Odds to win the 2013-2014 Heisman Trophy
Braxton Miller (QB Ohio State) 9/2 Jadeveon Clowney (DE South Carolina) 13/2 A.J. McCarron (QB Alabama) 10/1 Teddy Bridgewater (QB Louisville) 10/1 Aaron Murray (QB Georgia) 12/1 Johnny Manziel (QB Texas A&M) 12/1 Marcus Mariota (QB Oregon) 12/1 T.J. Yeldon (RB Alabama) 15/1 Tajh Boyd (QB Clemson) 15/1 De'Anthony Thomas (RB Oregon) 16/1 Duke Johnson (RB Miami) 18/1 Devin Gardner (QB Michigan) 25/1 Marquis Lee (WR USC) 25/1 Taylor Martinez (QB Nebraska) 25/1
Gardner put up some really big numbers last year after playing WR for over half the season. I can't wait to see what he does as "The Guy". Vegas, ESPN, and draft experts have been showing Gardner a lot of love. _________________

| Braxton Miller... The only reason he is favored is because O$U doesnt play anyone and he as an easy path to the Heisman. | |

+1 He fits the system that will allow him to put up some good numbers. They have to lose a key game this year for him to lose votes. When they lose the B1G championship to us this year it'll be over for him. Would love to see that be the game that puts Gardner over the top and earn him a trip to NY. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh

| I think they lose at NW.
That being said, I think we're also in for a helluva dogfight when we visit Evanston. _________________ "I don't get sick. I don't observe major holidays. I'm a jackhammer." - Jim Harbaugh & Dwight Schrute

| If only Braxton or Jadeveon could win, who would you rather take the award? _________________ 'eggo denoted me a First ballot Hall of Famer! - sandyeggo_blue wrote:

Clowney. Hands down. Bias aside, he plays in the SEC, and plays against much better teams than O$U will.

| Why wouldn't we want Clowney to win? Because of "the hit"? He made a good football play. He doesn't over-sensationalize it, that is the media. He stays out of the spot light and seems to have a good head on his shoulders.
Yea, he plays in the SEC, but I don't have much animosity towards South Carolina. The rest of the SEC doesn't irk me near as much as Alabama, LSU, Florida, Auburn, and Kentucky. _________________

He is a monster. I'd love to see him win it. Plus, my wife is a USC grad. She was never much of a football fan back in the day, but now she is a huge UM fan. She pulled for UM against the Cocks in the bowl game last year. But she does root for USC all other games. Looking forward to watching them tonight. On a side note, she used to have a bumper sticker, not on the car but she bought it, that said "USC OUR COCKS ARE UP AND RISING".
