And Devin Gardner will return.

"I anticipate this staff to be back."

Asked again if he does NOT expect any changes he replied "CORRECT."

I was just about to post this, read it on mlive. I can't muster much anger about this since it's what I expected. OTOH, does this really mean anything? What's he going to say at this point? If he's vague and says everyone will be evaluated at the end of the season, then people will take that as Borges being gone, and they'll have to deal with that distraction.

I was blurbed by Bleacher Report a little while ago but was just getting to it.

It won't be popular if it ends up that way.

Great. Keeping Borges means another 3-4 losses next year this team doesn't deserve. What BS.

That guy should not be an OC at a school like Michigan.

I'm disappointed.

"anticipate" gives him some wiggle room.

agreed…this hardly means there won't be a change.

Don't be surprised to see Borgess step down "on his own," or take another job. Ditto for Funk. Adding a QB coach might be another option.

I really hope there is a change though. Something else needs to be done because we are susceptible to repeat the same mistakes without a change.

Hopefully Hoke is just talking now.
