| Walton looked good in crunch time, and the team showed great chemistry on a few of those big plays down the stretch. Michigan should be on a roll as they march into madison. That will be a tough tough game. Definitely not a must win or one that we should win, but wouldn't it be great if this team finally pulls it all together and knocks of wiscy on the road? _________________ “And I remember across those years Two banners that crowned the crest, When Yale was king of the conquered East, And Michigan ruled the West.”

| yes Rasp Walton kept us in the game there when Michigan couldn't get anything going, but what won it for us is when the Big guy for Minny got in foul trouble #55 . he was killing us inside rebounding and scoring, _________________ "HAIL HAIL MICHIGAN" Wanted John Harbaugh but I'll settle for JIM WITH AN ENTHUSIASM UNKNOWN TO MANKIND GOOO BLUE The Curse of Rich Rod

| I'd argue that Irvin kept us in the game as much as anyone. His 3s have been somewhat of a life line for us this year. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh

| The team that we saw for much of the 2nd half...
PG Walton Wing LeVert Wing Stauskas Wing Irvin C Horford
...will all be back next year. That is encouraging. I really think that McGary will stay back too, which could make Michigan a legit National Championship contender again next year. This year, we need to tamper expectations. Not every year is going to be as magical as last year was, and when it isn't we can't start hating the team/coach/program. It is a process. _________________

| No disputin' Rasputin (that it was a very good win)...but Christ, what else could happen? First McGary out (probably for the season), then GR3's ankle (the gravity of which we know nothing at this point). Is Stauskas right- or left-handed? The answer to that question will be the wrist he breaks when slipping vs. Northwestern Sunday, and U-M ahead 20 points.
Fatalistic, to be sure, but this team certainly's suffered its share of bad luck at the hands of the injury bug.
