| Torn ACL out indefinitely, we can't catch a break.

| Unbelievable, at a position with no depth or experience. Was expecting to rely heavily on him this year. Hopefully, he heals as fast as Ryan, but definitely not counting on it. | |

| As some of you know I know Jake personally so this REALLY sucks!!! I am sure Jake will work his butt off (no pun intended) to get out there as soon as totally possible! He is one great kid with a great attitude/work ethic. Go Blue!! _________________ Who's got it better than us? Nooooooooobody!!!

| Too bad for sure. Didn't I read somewhere though that Nussmaier isn't known for featuring tight ends?

| Six months until fall practice should give him time to recover. I hope.

| A) he could pull a jake ryan and be back sometime during B1G play next year. not saying it will happen because Jake was the ONLY time I ever saw a player come back so early. I will wait to hear his recovery time in the next few months.
B) IAN BUNTING. go back and read ANYTHING I've ever posted about him.
C) I believe Harris will have an instant impact. That could allow DF to move back to TE. DF's blocking skills at TE seem to be non-existent at times but I have no doubt that in a two TE set Bunting can pick up those duties.
there is no way around it, losing Jake sucks but we do have some options. I have to admit though I was looking forward to seeing Butt have a breakout year. _________________ Sometimes people standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't - Jim Harbaugh
