| I just saw a tweet that says Mason Cole is competing for the Starting OFFENSIVE LEFT TACKLE position.
He's a True Freshman early Enrollee.
"Funk says he has a great chance to play."
Something's going on?
1. He's that good?
2. The other guys suck?
3. It's an early April Fools joke?

| The interesting thing about Cole is he ws thought to be the 3rd best guy from his high school and we wanted, and thought we were going to get, all 3 of them.
So we got the "worst" of the 3 and we'll see how it shakes out.
FYI the other 2 were Artavius Scott and George Campbell. (Campbell is 2015) | |

| All I know is we have had some stud linemen (per scouting sites) and none of them have started as true freshmen. I am very skeptical. | |

True Freshmen are not usually starters on the lines. | |

| Sam Webb was at practice yesterday and he and pretty much everyone else was raving about Mason Cole.
But not for this year. He's still only 280 pounds. But the future for this kid is the SKY!
