I'm ok with him punching the guy. I've been in a few bar fights over the years, and they all had one thing in common...Loud Drunk A-hole. So this guy is drunk and walking around with a megaphone taunting UM fans. Yeah, he deserved to be punched. You don't run your mouth if you can't back it up.

I've had stiches on the back of my head from a bar fight that I lost. Did I call the cops? Heck no. You don't do that. Neither man is innocent. You take your ass whooping and learn a lesson.

ha ha ha... I got punched one time because I was yelling stuff at Wisconsin fans with a bullhorn. I was in Madison though. Probably not too smart. I wasn't drinking though, I was just being an asshole I guess   

I was on that bullhorn for two solid hours though before "the incident"

Here's how it went down:


THE SCENE: Me at my UW buddy's tailgate on the corner of Milton and Randall with a bullhorn. I was the only guy at the tailgate wearing UM gear. Most Badger fans were walking by laughing at the crap I was saying. I was really just trying to get a rise out of people, I wasn't trying to be an ass.

Then I saw a couple walking toward the stadium and they had to pass our tailgate. I could tell the guy was buzzed. He was walking with a beer too.

So I got on the bullhorn....

ME: Hey buddy

HIM: (trying to ignore me)

ME: Hey buddy

HIM: (trying harder to ignore me)

ME: Hey, is that your girlfried?

HIM: (frustrated with me) Yeah so what?

ME: She's way too hot for you

HER: (laughing)

HIM: (calmly walks over and takes two swings. connects with one)


That was the end of the bullhorn that day. I started drinking shortly after that.

That is an awesome story.

Almost everyone deserves to get a slap/punch across the ahead from time to time.

Keeps ya grounded.

And sounds this guy had it coming anyway.
