| ANN ARBOR -- Michigan will begin its Big Ten schedule without its top freshman.
First-year corner Jabrill Peppers will miss Saturday's game against Minnesota after suffering an undisclosed injury during practice this week.
Peppers is not on Michigan's dress list, and he is not on the field with the team. Per a Michigan spokesman, the 6-foot-1, 202-pound Peppers is in the locker room currently receiving treatment on the injury.
No specifics have been given as to the nature of Peppers' injury.
Michigan senior corner Ray Taylor is dressed, however, and is on the field with the team for warmups.
Also off the dress list Saturday for Michigan is senior linebacker Desmond Morgan, who continues to sit with an arm injury.
Sophomore safety Delano Hill also won't play, he entered the field with the help of crutches on Saturday.
