Love it!!! I popped over to Cleveland.com just to see what they were saying, and for the most part they are idiots, but a couple of posters are saying the years of dominance are over (for either side) and they expect to see a more balanced rivalry. I have to believe they are older posters because I feel the same. Time for the Big 2 and little 10!! Of course with the parity of CFB, I don't think that will ever happen again.

I agree. Neither school will dominate for the foreseeable feature, in my opinion. I see the next 10 years being a 6-4, 5-5 type shake out. If it ends up 7-3 or better in one school's favor I'll be shocked.

"SOBERING"?? This feeble, naive mind didn't think that word was in Buckeyes' vocabulary (or Spartans').

The rivalry could be another 10-year war, which was a razor-close
5-4-1 for Bo and us, but even therein, they had a 3-0-1 stretech,
and we closed it with a 3-0-0. So there may be BRIEF periods of
to-the-naked-eye "dominance". But I doubt you'll see another
Cooper or Tressel period (2-10-1, 9-1)...I don't think Slick Urby's
so ignorant as to think he'll get away with Tresselian chicanery,
not with the scrutiny OSU will be under in the coming few years.

THEN AGAIN---if Urban, due to UMPTEEN reasons (health, under-
the-table crap, "just-ain't-a-good-'Hoke-like'-fit") falls on his face,
that program could end up so totally messed up it could have a
RichRod-ian impact on them...for EIGHT years, not three.
