| He also said, "and the best thing is, it was against a team from ohio." | |

| He can't run with no blocking but for all of the guys I've watched (save for Barry Sanders who was in a category all by himself), Denard has made the most out of a bare minimum level of blocking. Excellent natural running instincts to go with his speed.

| Elite vision and speed are huge for zone-block-schemes. Denard has both.

AC has been my favorite UM football player since he played and I got to meet him and John Wangler at a card show with my then young son. Think he will always be #1 but Denard comes close. 'shoes

| that's great shoes .... always wondered what kind of records AC would have set in a passing offense .... its amazing what stats he had .... not that John Wangler was a bad QB , I liked him a lot .... but AC with an Elway or Marino might have been truly unstoppable | |

He was truly great. Bo did open the offense up a bit to take advantage of him, but that's relative. He got intense scrutiny from defenses and still got open. Could leap and had great hands. Probably just short of a HOF NFL career in part because he detoured to the USFL, but he was still excellent as a pro.

| good point shoes ... it seems like he is forgotten for what he did in the NFL because he went to the USFL first , but he had very good years with Vikings | |

| those were the good ole days, shoes. AC truly was a special player. He's still #1 UM player for me. AND!............. The hated rivalry with the Bucknuts during Bo/Woody days were so special. That was a lot of fun for us fans........... God, I miss those days! | |
