Basically returns prices to where they were before Brandon started gouging everyone on everything a couple of years ago. Gouging the students was particularly foolish because the revenue amounted to peanuts in the grand scheme of things, but pissed off a bunch of future donors. It seemed like Brandon didn't want to break away from his policy of gouging everyone on everything until his job was in jeopardy though.

Glad it was done, but given the timing it doesn't impress me much as far as Brandon goes. Still, a positive even with suspect motives.
