2. Hoke is gone he has so much regard for a Michigan and is truly a Michigan man but he hasn't an Idea what it take to win in the B1G or how to win a championship
3. David Brandon will either be gone or change the way he operates. Will be less medaling and more observing, or he'll be gone.

1. Jim Harbaugh, Dan Mullen, John Harbaugh or Les Miles as head coach
2. getting a top tier OL coach
3. bringing back pro style O with a mix of option , not spread
