If Michigan finds a Line combination, or a way to get the run game going , I think they could have a very good year,Just wonder now that Jim and Oc have seen them play live, if they can't find a solution to the issue,

It's to the point that if the Oline does not drastically improve their run blocking then it was a combination of the very poor coaching under Hoke and overrated talent ... if we continue to get poor line play Rudock will be under tremendous pressure to pass our way to wins

I think they have the best line combo they are going to get. maybe dawson or JBB for kalis if kalis continues to disappoint.
if it turns out to be another miserable year in terms of run stats then IMO the RBs will deserve more blame than the Oline.
while not vintage MICHIGAN, the Oline is serviceable. it's on the RBs now.

They missed a few lanes Sat but there were still too many plays where the backs were met behind the LOS. Part of the problem is that when we started to run better at the end of last year we were running a lot of inside zone blocking (which Lloyd first brought to Michigan in about 2004) Hoke got away from it and then returned to it. Now we are back to man blocking.
