Hopefully this means he is going to turn Durkin's down and stay at UM. Between him with the passing game and Drevno working more with the linemen and the running game, I think good things are on the horizon.

I saw a tweet Durkin has been offering additional coaches. Thoughts on this? Personally it pisses me off. I am fine with him bettering himself but trying to poach coaches from the staff is kind of a slap in the face.

So, if Durkin wants to run Urban's offense because he thinks it's the best, why not poach his f'n coaches?

you gotta think that JH was asked if he minded going after staff members. I can't see Durkin pulling that. Jim probably said yes after talking it over with his staff. JIM was probably reassured that his guys were solid and told Durkin to go for it.

I don't see anything wrong this. it's a business.
